Who we are
This site is run by Chobmai Co., Ltd., 102/10 Moo 8, Salak Dai, Mueang Surin, Surin 32000, Thailand. For anything about your personal data, write to chobmai.com@gmail.com.
When you send an order request
We receive the name, email address and country you type in, any message you add, and the fabrics and lengths on your order. We use them to reply to you, to confirm availability, shipping and payment, and to fulfil your order.
The request is stored on this website and is sent by email to our team, with a copy to you. No payment details are asked for or stored on this site.
We keep order requests and the emails about them as part of our business records, with no fixed end date, unless you ask us to delete them.
Your order list
While you choose fabrics, your order list is kept in your own browser, not on our server. It reaches us only when you send the request. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are, and what kind of device they use. It works with cookies, and it is switched on only if you press Accept on the cookie notice. If you decline, nothing from Google Analytics is loaded and no analytics cookie is set.
You can change your answer at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page. We do not use this information for advertising.
Who else handles your data
- Our web hosting provider in Thailand, which runs the server and keeps standard server logs.
- Google, which provides our team mailbox and, if you accept, Google Analytics.
We do not sell personal data or pass it to anyone else, except where we must in order to ship your order or to comply with the law.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to chobmai.com@gmail.com and we will answer by email.
